Reminders before Ordering

• We deliver to Metro Manila only.
• We can’t commit time, but we’ll deliver from 10am to 8pm. Unless otherwise agreed and confirmed upon. Additional charges maybe applicable.
• The cutoff time is 12pm of the day before the target delivery date except during Valentine’s Week. The cutoff for Feb. 14, 2026 is on Feb. 12, 2026 5pm. 
• The delivery charge will be computed based on the area. For pickup, there’ll be handling fee of Php 100.
• For deliveries in one address at a time, only one delivery charge will be computed.
• There’s 20 minute grace period for the receiver to get the items from the rider. Otherwise, it will be returned to our store and be stored for 24 hrs. We are not responsible for the quality anymore. Flowers can be picked up on the store indicated.
• Due to season and availability, flowers, foliage, and packaging may be substituted without notice, rest assured quality and look will be maintained.
• Wrappers and ribbons may be substituted without notice, rest assured quality and look will be maintained.
